Agent commands stay in a container
Agent commands run in a short-lived container with no network and a read-only root. The workspace is writable. Without Docker or Podman, commands are refused.
Agent command boundaryYour organization sets the policy
Administrators control AI features, extensions and updates. A managed policy can be signed; if the required signed policy fails verification, the IDE enters lockdown.
Organization controlsYou choose the model provider
Prompts and context go to your chosen provider. Desktop releases contain no analytics or crash-reporting SDK. CLI telemetry is off unless you enable it.
